[ka-Map-users] PNG transparency in IE - some conclusions

Ehud,

Paul already answered your question. You can change layer
opacity in the mapfile, so the ka-Map loads with a pre-setted
value. You can set this by metadata "opacity" value, like:

METADATA
  "opacity"    "80"
END

But this works only in Firefox until now. In IE, even if
you set this value, the ka-Map starts with no transparency.
The problem I related in last email occurs when you try to
change layer's opacity in Ka-Map's legend menu.

But, as I said, you are in right way! Congratulations again!
