[ka-Map-users] Crash with Gmap demo

Sorry. I'm used to lists that set Reply-To: to the list server.
I tried MS4W 2.1 with the 4.9 upgrade package, and yes, I get the same
error.
So I backed up to just MS4W 2.1, without the 4.9 upgrade package, and
the problem disappeared.
