[ka-Map-users] CVS seems to be broken

Steve,

the 'other' errors are css errors that the javascript console in FFox  
1.5 seems unwilling to hide.  The ones listed are actually ok, those  
css declarations are IE specific and so ignored by ffox.

The first error is more problematic.  I've been working with CVS  
extensively since yesterday to clean up code in prep for a 0.2  
release today and I have tested on safari, ffox and ie ... all work  
fine without that error.

Is it possible to do a clean checkout and see if that resolves the  
problem?  Or perhaps you forgot to include the scalebar.js code?
