I was informed that the tar.gz and zip files contain extra  
'junk' (editor backup) files and CVS folders that were not stripped  
as part of the packaging process.  I'll re-issue these files tomorrow  
without the junk in them.  There will be no code changes and the  
packages are useable as-is.  If you are not bothered by the extra  
files, there will be no need to update
