[ka-Map-users] max_extents and precache.php

The ka-Map CVS now has support for "max_extents" metadata (limiting how
far users can pan/browse around your map).  See the wiki for details:

Also, I've resurrected precache.php for those interested in
pre-generating image tiles.  Again in the wiki:

As written, pre-caching is a pretty intensive process (anyone want to
rewrite?).
 
I'm interested to hear if these additions don't work as expected for
anyone.
