[ka-Map-users] How to restrict the map dragging

If I recall correctly, the patch that does this was applied to ka-map
cvs, and even the 0.2 release.
You have to define the "max_extents" metadata in your map file:
WEB
METADATA
"MAX_EXTENTS" "-118.7, 33.65, -118.1, 34.38"
END
END
Once that's defined, the out-of bounds dragging is prevented.
