[ka-Map-users] Load only visible group!- GROUP directive

Hi ,
back from one short vacation I have fixed the problem with map file without
GROUP directive set. ( Sorry I have indroduced it :-( )
Now should work also if Map file doesn't have any layer with GROUP directive
set.
