[ka-Map-users] rubberband zoom

Pete,

I took a quick look at your code, but it is not immediately evident  
to me how you made this work.  Would it be possible for you to put  
all the zoom box code into a single js function (and css) that I  
could include in ka-map as an optional zoom mode?
