[ka-Map-users] Colour mismatch

As a side note:

We use the following line in the .map files under our grayscale imagery
layers:
PROCESSING "COLOR_MATCH_THRESHOLD=3"

This reduces the number of colors used up by the imagery and makes space in
the color table for other uses.
