[ka-Map-users] So are we ready to cut the release?

Apparently we do :)  I will probably do the next release since it  
requires some coordination:

* tag cvs and create a tarball
* create a ms4w and fgs package from tarball
* update maptools web site

anything else that needs to be done?

After this release, it would be good to have some help ...
