you had a good idea but it's a not a 2 lines script that can add this  
functionality to ka-map.

The ominiverdi query system use a different cache based on session Id.
kamapchache/$sessionId/QuerySys/$mapname/$zoomLevel/...

Have a look at the code to understand how it works.
