[ka-Map-users] New Window Manager

Hi all,
     Sorry for the late response. I saw the new window manager and it 
looks pretty good! I do have some thoughts about it though. Transparency 
for the windows and the other is that the components/map get selected 
when I click and drag. It doesn't always happen though. Perhaps we could 
make the page unselectable except for the blackboard. Just some opinions :)
