[ka-Map-users] IE freezing on iframe

Changing the doctype of iframe.html from

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">

to 

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" >

got rid of this problem for me but I am unsure if this will cause consequences down the line.
