[ka-Map-users] XML Overlay

Hi,

 

I've some questions about overlay, I hope that someone can answer.

 

I already have a functional map with overlay xml icons on it but I was
wondering how to do something like this :

Do you have an idea if the points (cities) are a layer or overlay points?

 

If it's an overlay, how to set it to appear only from a defined zoom level
and how to set mouse events on it (mouseover, mouseclick,.)?
