Hiroshi, that's your PHP setup.
PHP standard installation set the "Maximum execution time" to 30 sec.
Another limit that can affect this script is the maximum memory  
amount (or what's his name) that's normally set to 8 Mb.
So when you have a good amount of data php starts calculating but it  
stops itself by default values.

edit php.ini to change those values. Try to double (or more) values  
if your server can manage it.
