[ka-Map-users] overlays and infowindows

hi,  has anyone implemented infoWindows a la google or yahoo maps. that
opens
a little div when + where a marker is clicked?

i've seen tooltip libraries, but no lightweight ones (most require prototype
+ scriptaculous). what are you guys using for this?
