[ka-Map-users] Partial labels

Thanks for the quick repsonse steve!

I do have 
PARTIALS FALSE
for all my labels.

BTW, what does 'PARTIALS TRUE' mean? My understanding
is that partial labels are displayed only when there
is some overlap of symbols, Is that right?
