[ka-Map-users] Handling large raster data sets

Gents!

I downloaded the CVS source, cleaned out the cache, jumped in to it, and
ran the precache script on my original data set.
That did the trick. Ka-map rocks. My tiled raster data can now be
re-centered and scaled very smoothly.
