[ka-Map-users] rubberband zoom

Paul et al,
 
I finally have some time for dev work, so here's that code [finally] for the
box zoom. I redid my existing tool to work with the current ka-map iteration
(great work, btw). It piggybacks atop of kaQuery.js (which already has
zoom-box functionality). 

I tweaked the onmousedown and onmouseup functions to accept either a query
or zoom request (toolMode). I'll try to work on making this a bit more
extensible in the coming week. *The key to it working to have have enough
scales from which ka-map can select when zooming.

Also, I played around with the legend -- it's now drag&droppable, and
includes hyperlinks to specific layers.

Pete,

I took a quick look at your code, but it is not immediately evident to me
how you made this work.  Would it be possible for you to put all the zoom
box code into a single js function (and css) that I could include in ka-map
as an optional zoom mode?
