[ka-Map-users] ka-Map on Windows servers

I'd be interested to hear some feedback on the performance of ka-Map on 
Windows servers (running MS4W/Apache or IIS). My experience is mostly 
with Linux and I'd like to know if ka-Map performs as well on Windows as 
on Linux, or if there are issues to consider?

For instance, are there issues with MapScript being used with the PHP 
DSO? With the large number of files in the cache, etc?
