[ka-Map-users] precash problem

Hi every body 
I use mapserver 4.6 and php 4.3.11 
try to use precash.php throught command "php
precash.php" and get result "This is a command line
utility" what type of arguments send (argv) when i
delete (argv) arguments the command create cash but
not seperate between mapfiles and other.
