[ka-Map-users] Showing a map twice on one page

Hi Lorenzo,

As Paul mentioned, the issue is that there are lots of global variables. 
Hence duplicating a map requires duplication of most of Javascript code. 
  Since I need to finish the project, I will have to go with iframe 
option. Removing global variables at some point would be great though.
