[ka-Map-users] couple issues - maybe a cache bug

I did not remember which setting I had trouble with (never occurred to 
me they were related), so I tried both settings, here are results:

Tile: 256x256 meta: 6x6  - Does NOT generate "t0l-1536" & "t0l-3072"
Tile: 512x512 meta: 3x3  - DOES generate "t0l-1536" & "t0l-3072"
