[ka-Map-users] Legend is not visible in IE

Hi everyone,

I am trying as hard as I can to get people who use our Ka-Map application to 
use firefox, but this is obviously not always possible.

I have noticed that in our ka-map application, when viewed with IE, the legend 
image is not displayed.
