[ka-Map-users] Printing errors

Ok Mark,
this issue is getting more complicated than what expected.

I've personally tested this code in 4 different platform, 2 with OS  
X, 2 Linux.
Both OS X versions uses King Chaos packages (still php5) and worked  
fine.
Both Linux machines where with php5 and worked fine.

At the moment I'm too busy to dive into this problem but I'll be  
passing all october and november refining ka-Explorer and its features.

I'm expecting to refine the print system in:
- saved file name and  file extension management
- layer transparency, visibility and position management
- print resolution
- others?

Any idea you can contribute to refine the code and compatibility is  
naturally welcome.
