More than index_winman I guess this is a question on mouse movement 
tracking.

Stefania, what do you need it for?
maybe I can suggest you some code that is already working with ka-Map.

Winman should work on any ka-Map implementations as it move dom objects 
from an existent structure and push them inside initialized windows.
This should not collide with event triggering.
