[ka-Map-users] Problems with query

Hi

Using the version 1.0.b1 of Ka-Map we got following problem:

Starting a search leads to an error: call to a member function 
preparequery () on a non-obkect in 
C:\msw4\apps\ka-map-1.0.b1\htdocs\search\kaSearch.php on line 92.

Can anyone tell me what is wrong? I think its an installation problem. 
The example files all lead to the same error.
