[ka-Map-users] kaRouting, start and end definition

I stamped the execution times on the kanagawa sample for the "Find 
StartPoint SQL":
Original code: 0.365 seconds
My modification: 0.016 seconds

I am a bit suprised, I thought that the performences would be worser 
with two select joined by an union.
