[ka-Map-users] international characters/instructions

Hello

I should add support for international characters, but the
instructions ( http://ka-map.ominiverdi.org/wiki/index.php/Adding_International_character_support_for_layer_names
) are insufficient.. Part three says that I should edit init.php and
add three lines. Where exactly? Because I can find only one possible
place.
