[ka-Map-users] XMLOverlay update

Hi Daniel,
you are right, Safari support has never been developed...
I've never find the time to dive in it.
If somebody other can contribute. PG has no Safari available.

IE6 should be easily fixable.
I'll wait for PG patch.
