[ka-Map-users] problems with index_wfs

Ok, I've found the problem but I don't know what to do.
The problem is about wfs_connector.php

"dom = DOMDocument::load($this->xmlUrl);"

The system don't say to do.
My PHP version is 4.4.4. Is it correct?
Please help me.
