[ka-Map-users] kaXmlOverlay - kaXmlLabel() Properties

I'm trying to use the .boxcolor property for the kaXmlLabel() function
but it does not seem to work.

What is the magic behind using this property?  Wiki info is vague and
out of date.

I've tried using the setting of "white" or "F2EFE9", but nothing
changes.  All the other properties seem to work, as I can change their
values and the text renders properly.
