[ka-Map-users] Problem WMS SIGPAC IN MAPSERVER

Hello, I would like create a new wms service.

My new WMS service is SIGPAC (spain)

I don't understand why can't see it.

My mapserver configuration in kamap is:

In this case, the sometimes the image is OK, in other cases I only have got 
a write image with the text WMS SIGPAC.

I don't understand why it is? And I don't know how can I tell the 
"ORTOFOTOS" from the map "TOPOGRAFICOS". How can I obtein only one of this 
maps.
