[ka-Map-users] charset change?

Hi,

when i use the "search places in the database" funktion, the received data
will not be diplayed in the correct charset. (i would need iso-8859-1 cause
my postgis database is in Latin1 (=iso 8859-1).
That mean the non english symbols will be displayed as �.

Does anyone know how and in which php file i can change that?
