[ka-Map-users] Need Shapefile of United States

It would be great if some one can help me obtain a shape file of United States 
showing specific states as well as the international boundaries.

Hi everybody

I need information concerning International Character Support? It used to give
problems in layer names. I found a manual to implement this, but it’s based on
a very old version of Ka-Map. It doesn’t work anymore. Did anybody solve this
problem?

Some time ago I saw a Ka-Map demo application with the implementation of
Smart-Zoom. It was a Ominiverdi-demo, I believe. Unfortunately I can’t find it
again. Can you give me more information about it?
