[ka-Map-users] Detect Map Loaded

Hi GISGuru,
Kappu made some tests time ago. If I remember right, he told me that the 
event handler onload was very difficult to be managed over tiles (img) 
but was easier to track it over the layer's div.
that's a very interesting feature. If you could contribute, it would be 
great
