[ka-Map-users] current scale

yes, the problem is that the only way I know to start ka-map with this
scale is setting it in the first position of the scales array, in
config.php, and I think this is not the best solution.

The original scales array
1000000 800000 500000 200000 100000

My solution
500000 200000 100000 (problem, how to return to 800000?)

I want that the user will be able to see the first time the data with
the scale 500000, but then he can do a zoom out to 800000 and 1000000,
not only zoom in.
