To install what you need get all the files from here:

You need these zip files:

ms4w_2.3.0.zip 33 MB
ka-map-ms4w-1.0.zip 1 MB
gmap_ms4w_ms5.zip 2.7 MB

It sounds like you got the first two files installed ok. To install
the sample GMap application, just unzip the package to your C:\ drive.
It will install itself in your MS4W directory.

To use the demo, you must first stop and re-start Apache, and then go
to the http://localhost/ page. You should see a summary of everything
that you have installed, including Ka-map, and Gmap.
