[ka-Map-users] No file are made in the folder

i have following code in my map file(global.map)

WEB
   IMAGEPATH "/ms4w/apps/ka-map-1.0/tmp/"
   IMAGEURL "/ms4w/apps/ka-map-1.0/tmp/"
 END

And in config.php i have this

$szBaseCacheDir =  "/ms4w/apps/ka-map-1.0/tmp/";


i have restart the server and i try to open kamap in browser,

thing is that

files are not made in that  folder.

pls tell me what i have to do.where i have done a mistake.
