Hi Henry,
I think your question is more for the Ka-map list. Maybe someone there
can help. You also don't mention what version of ms4w you are using,
on the off chance that that might be relevant.
I don't suppose there are data from multiple projections being
combined in your mapfiles? That could be a potential source of
"invalid map extents" if not done correctly.
also, when you are testing, make sure to delete the cached tiles that
are created after a failed test, otherwise it would be easy to miss
when one of your corrections actually succeeds.
