[ka-Map-users] Problem in ka-Map after server upgrade

Hi,

  I have a ka-Map application which was developed at the time Debian Etch
was active. It was working fine when I upgraded to Lenny. But when upgraded
to Squeeze, it showed a type of graticule and, in each square some
alpha-numerals in map window. But when I upgraded to Wheezy, ka-Map has
stopped working. Nothing appears in map window. When I checked with
firebug, it showed that the init.php returns 500 Internal Server Error.
When I checked with error.log of Apache2 it shows as following:

Can anybody tell me, what is this problem and how to fix it? Thanks in
