Inline symbols with STYLE blocks cause problems for maplab's mapfile parser. It
fails to parse any part of the maap following one of these blocks. This was
reported by Rene Teniere TENIERER@gov.ns.ca

This is because of a namespace issue with the mapserver 4 STYLE blocks within CLASS.
