Functional tests (use cases) are missing

Functional tests must be added in order to verify that user functionalities are
working.  Actually, tests could be based on existing SLD MapServer tests.  (See
http://www2.dmsolutions.ca/msapps/world_testdata/tests/sld_tests/client_test.php
and
http://www2.dmsolutions.ca/msapps/world_testdata/tests/sld_tests/demo_server.html). 

Or the tests could be based on what a user could possibly do to style is data
(e.g., streams, cased-road, lake, railway, and so on)>
