I do not know if this is possible, but any time you select or apply a new style
the style information is removed. This irritating if you want to make slight
changes to the existing style layer.

Also if the a user loads a layer with an already defined style (saved sld or not
saved sld) symbolizer loads the preview layers, but not the information to make
that style.
