Please Remove, Promote, Demote, Remove Context Layer Buttons on the main SECT
Studio Interface.

Since SECT Studio is not a Context Editor should we realy have the "Save
Context" Button???? If this is true than "Save Context" Button should be also be
removed.

Please conferm this....
