Line Symbolizer feature DASH Pattern: dash|gap....
1) What are we going to do about this feature?
2) Since I do not believe that the is in the sld spec, should it realy be
present in SECTStudio Line Symbolizer? It is a feature for MapLab3 mapserver
Line feature types in a mapfile.
3) If we plan to keep it in the interface it should have two modes. It should be
grayed out if you are building sld documents in SECT Studio and active in MapLab.
