Use of query tool in MapLab/MapEdit/Preview returns PHP warnings.

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Load MapLab application.
2.  Select MapEdit.
3.  Open the "tutorial.map".
4.  Open the map preview.
5.  Select the query tool.
6.  Click on the map preview.
7.  Warnings are displayed.
