Here's what I did that resulted in this error:
I resized map to large.  I pressed the recenter tool and then clicked in the 
lower left hand corner of my map. My click was within the country i.e. not out 
of bounds in any way.  An error box popped up: ERROR: Invalid input type 
specified in Recenter.php.
This is only happening in IE, Mozilla is fine.
