maplab-2.2.1 and 2.2 are missing the images needed for the maplab_tutorial.html
file, in the /tutorial/images directory.  maplab-2.1rc3 did include these images.

actually, i notice that since 2.2 there is a duplicate of the tutorial directory
in /htdocs/tutorial/, which does not contain the mapfile yet does contain the
images (and another copy of maplab_tutorial.html).

terribly confusing for users.  I think the /htdocs/tutorial should be removed
totally.
