tutorial/etc/ and htdocs/mapbrowser/template/etc in maplab-2.2.tar.gz contain
some fonts that say "Copyright 1992 by Elfring Soft Fonts, All rights reserved"
in their copyright information. These should be removed from the tarball if this
is correct, or the licence should be updated if not.
